Every placard is custom produced after your order is placed and ships free to all 50 U.S. states. Please allow the following timeframe:
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us at hello@qrlastinglegacy.com.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on your location and tier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your placard arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please email hello@qrlastinglegacy.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt. We will ship a replacement immediately.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please email hello@qrlastinglegacy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters production we cannot guarantee address changes can be accommodated.
