Cancel Your Subscription
We make cancellation simple — no runaround, no retention tactics. We respect your decision.
To cancel your hosting subscription, email hello@qrlastinglegacy.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your name and the email address used at checkout. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours and confirm by email.
What happens after cancellation: Your memorial page remains live until the end of your current billing period. After that, your page enters a 90-day grace period during which we will attempt to contact all registered family members before any data is removed. You can reactivate at any time during this period.
